They explain about Menstural hygein , what precautions to be taken during that days and how to handle self. They also told food to be taken, supplements needed to remain active.
Lady staff and girl students understand the benefits they will get if they follows their guidance.
The session highlighted the importance of vitamins needed for health benefit.
