To impart best services management meet regularly with the managing committee members under LMC, IQAC to know and suggest the excellent procedures in the process of executing different services to the stake holders to make advancement of student in the field of Commerce, Science and Arts. Add-on courses had been started which is job oriented even college conducts various seminar , Conferences, field visit, Bank visit , Industrial visit to accomplish the vision of Institution by inculcating theoretical as well as practical knowledge to the student as per the requirement of Job market. LMC suggest to appoint efficient Accountant. Lab assistant, qualified librarian, Gym instructors etc. so that institute can deliver quality services to the stake holders.

The institution is committed to open up the education centre of YCMOU and IGOU under perspective plans. The institute is committed to upgrade all ongoing facilities in the recent year. The playground has been upgraded by increasing the height of ground with soft red soil improved the drainage system. Installing electrical generator , provision of special water tank , water harvesting , recycle of all wastages produced in the institution , Introduction of surveillance , transport facilities upgraded by purchasing new buses which is provided by the institution to the staff and the student. Increasing the additional flow, construction of indoor auditorium.

Under Decentralization policy of institution Principal and Teachers are allowed by management to take initiative which can bring a positive change for the institute. Teachers being a member of LMC, IQAC play a significant role by giving their independent views which is tabled in front of management for further decisions. Head of Departments and Principal are allowed to select their own committee which work for different purposes.
