The Library of Seth Hirachand Mutha College of Arts, Commerce & Science, Kalyan (W), under the Study Circle and Book Bank Committee , successfully organized a Book Bank Orientation Programme on 13th July 2026 in the College Library. The orientation was conducted in two sessions—10:30 a.m. for Degree students and 12:30 p.m. for Junior College students. The programme aimed to create awareness about the Book Bank Scheme and its benefits. Students were informed about the eligibility criteria, application procedure, security deposit, book issue and return rules, and the proper care and use of library books. The Librarian also addressed students’ queries and encouraged them to make the best use of the Book Bank facility for their academic success. Both sessions received a good response and concluded successfully.
